You Are The Project Manager

We’ll help you stay on budget and help you to avoid surprises by working closely with your builder, council, and suppliers. Remember, every build contract is unique, so be sure to have your Solicitor review before you sign on the dotted line.

Approval

We’ll help you gather all the paperwork for finance approval and find the perfect loan for your project.

Building

Handover

Congratulations! Your build is finished. Your builder will do a handover, and your insurance will need updating. Local permits are provided, and we will discuss restructuring your construction loan.

New home builds, being your primary residence you only need a minimum of a 10% deposit in most cases.

For some work yes, on a case-by-case basis. Persons carrying out the work will need to be qualified and may need to provide quotes and hold insurance for the work they do.

In most cases yes. This will help you manage an expensive time in your life as you may be living offsite whilst the build is underway. When the build is complete the loan will typically move to principal and interest repayments.
